She has consulted for the Nigerian Exchange in its intellectual property department and facilitated an RFP process for the overhaul and redraft of the NGX Rule Book 2015.

Ilugo is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. He holds an LL.B from Delta State University and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2015. His practice covers property title due diligence and perfection, corporate structuring and transaction advisory.

He is the Founder of Maverick Partners and has served as Company Secretary to a Nigerian real estate network marketing company. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, Lagos Branch, and has served in professional leadership roles including the Law Reform and Legislative Monitoring Committee.
